Yes. Air quality in the classroom has a big influence on the health and performance of pupils and teachers alike. Since coronavirus can also be transmitted over longer distances via airborne particles, regular and effective ventilation of indoor spaces is important for prevention.
We therefore recommend that classrooms be aired regularly after 20 to 25 minutesa. All windows should be opened between lessons and during break time. When the heating is not running, they can be left open as long as desired.
