A medicinal cannabis product must meet the legal requirements specified for therapeutic products (cf. the answer to question 21). Responsibility for determining whether specific preparations such as standardised medicinal cannabis flos (e.g. Bedrocan®) can be prescribed lies with the Cantonal Pharmacists.
